It wasn't five star but they did a good job. If I didn't have to call him every 24 hours when they told me they would call me I would have given a better review but all in all they fixed the problem they charged right and for that four stars is pretty damn good.

WOW. I am impressed. I used to buy cars and get my repairs done @ Murdoch, after several incidents including being sold a lemon. I have re-evaluated & terminated my working relationship w/ Murdoch. I had some car issues called Lodders Bountiful. They fit me in, I explained what issues I had concerning the stabilizer bar. They kept in touch with me, let me know what work I needed gave me a $ amount. I had rescheduled the work for the following week. It was completed as promised. My 2005 red vehicle is back to running smooth. Lodders will now be the place I go to for repairs I will be referring my kids and my grandchildren who now has cars.... they too will be going to Lodders. I wanted an honest MECHANIC one that is not out to rip me off, but to help me. I have found it with Lodders
Every time I drive by this place their parking lot is always packed! So I took my car in to them a few times, and now I know why they're always packed! It's because they're HONEST and operate with integrity, and they don't try to milk your wallet for all they can get, like a lot of other places do! They get to the real cause of your vehicle problems, do a high quality job, and did I mention INTEGRITY?!! I wish I would have known of these guys years ago! Now, my whole family won't take our cars anywhere else! These guys are hands down THE BEST!!!

I was in the bountiful area for the weekend and had car trouble. A family friend recommended Lodder, and now I highly recommend them as well. They looked at our car for almost a week and couldn't get the car to act up for them and they couldn't find anything wrong. They refused to charge us anything for their services. They are top notch in my book !
I Bring All My Cars Here and have for Years. My Dad won't go anywhere else cause We know that We're Going to get Quality service done to the vehicle and at a Good Price too and for the most part It's Always done in a Timely manner! And Their Not gonna push You to get Work done to Your Car that's Not Needed,and if so find Any other issues They make sure to call You and explain the problem and get Your feed back before just going ahead and Doing the Work. Also to Mention It's a Family owned business That's been There For Many,many Years. Which I like cause Your not treated just as another customer,like most big corporate chains do and treat You as almost part of the Family"which is rare these days" That's probably why They have/get So Many Return Customer's... Would highly recommend It over other shops. And if Not sure call for a Quote, I almost guarantee They'll be the Better Price than somewhere else. One last thing-if You have a Noise or something Your not sure about. They'll even get in Your Car and Do a test drive to hear what Your hearing or have concerns about,and almost immediately can recognize what's going on or what the issue is. Now What other Shops or mechanics will do that for you? Not very many that I know of. Anyways Great Guys! Won't be let Down...

After the call I was a little concerned that I hadn't gotten the quote in writing. But when I went to pick up the car the total actually came in under their initial estimate. Very nice. No pressure to do all sorts of other repairs
